This traditional Cajun spicy smoked pork sausage (pronounced AWN-DOO-WEE) makes any meal a celebration! It has a coarser texture than our regular hickory-smoked sausage and it's more seasoned with cayenne pepper, mustard, paprika, and garlic. This combination of special seasonings gives andouille a flavor like none you have ever experienced. Andouille can be used in any recipe that calls for smoked sausage. It is especially delicious in gumbos, jambalaya, and red beans and rice! C’est bon!
